Why you need Japanese Santoku Knife?

Manufactured with 67-layered stainless Damascus steel, this 7" Japanese Santoku knife is designed for maximum sharpness and safety. The santoku knife is perfect for slicing and chopping meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, and more. The santoku knife features a gorgeous herringbone pattern on the base of the tang. The hollow edge design ensures food does not stick to the blade, making it practical for everyday use.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE STAINLESS DAMASCUS STEEL

Manufactured with premium 67-layered stainless Damascus steel at HRC 58-60 hardness, this 7 in. crafted culinary Japanese Santoku Knife boasts unrivaled performance and incredible edge retention; the cobalt added steel outperforms AUS-10 steel in durability and is easier to sharpen, since cobalt enhances the other alloying elements.

ULTRA-SHARP BLADE

  • Sharpened to an 8 to 12 degree edge using the traditional 3-step Honbazuke method, this kitchen knife delivers precise cuts through meat, fruit, vegetables, herbs, and more with negligible resistance

FULL-TANG CONSTRUCTION

  • The 66 layer Damascus VG10 stainless steel blade extends to the entire length of the handle, withstanding punishing daily use without sacrificing precision and control

ERGONOMIC HANDLE

Our fiberglass handle with its signature mosaic pin withstands cold, heat, and corrosion while offering comfy and well-balanced grip to prevent fatigue and cramp even in professional settings

Just got this knife and was impressed about how sharp it is. Craftsmanship is also impressive. It's my Go-To knife for food preparation.

Great knife!

Great Knife but customer service is null. I asked what the edge angles are for sharping and is burring helpful on their knives, and I got a reply of with no information or answer. But it us a well made knife.

Wonderful knife

Great looking and good edge retention. At a nice price point. Impressive blade polish. Spine thickness of 2mm yields exceptional balance and reduces the effort to slice meats and vegetables. It may become my go-to knife.
