This is my first Nakiri knife. It is beautifully made and a joy to use. The Damascus steel is beautiful and cuts veggies like butter. This is my go-to knife when preparing vegetables.
The knife is great. Super sharp. It has a great weight to it and the balance is spot on. I’m looking forward to building my set.

This knife is great as a chopper! Extremely sharp and a great price. I have yet to be unimpressed with any of Kyoku knives I have purchased
