Beautiful Surprise
I purchased the 6" Nakiri Knife from the Samurai series. It came beautifully packaged and is surprisingly weighted and comfortable to use. My first use was on an apple. It chopped and diced through it like butter! The quality and craftsmanship of the knife is top shelf! I shared my experience with my mom and now she wants one. This knife is a great gift for those who love to cook but struggle slicing and chopping with inferior knives.
