Wonderful investment

I've used the knife to cut winter squash and cabbage. The extra heft makes cutting these vegetables much easier. It's well balanced (just in front of the bolster}. The full tang gives me confidence it won't fail while cutting these hard vegetables. With the care this fine knife deserves, it should last a lifetime.

Nice and sharp well weighted. Quality. I bought a 10 inch Hinkle when I was 19. That was 40 yrs ago have it to this day. This clever will follow in it's footsteps. An airloom.
