Just got this knife and was impressed about how sharp it is. Craftsmanship is also impressive. It's my Go-To knife for food preparation.
Great Knife but customer service is null. I asked what the edge angles are for sharping and is burring helpful on their knives, and I got a reply of with no information or answer. But it us a well made knife.
Great looking and good edge retention. At a nice price point. Impressive blade polish. Spine thickness of 2mm yields exceptional balance and reduces the effort to slice meats and vegetables. It may become my go-to knife.
